and required These terms and Conditions are to ensure that the market runs smoothly and is fair and safe for all

All products must be made by you or a relative, a small portion of your products can be Made in Canada upon the markets approval
Products can be sold by a sales representative
Food vendors must have current Food Safe 1 and required Food to have all Health Certificates
Vendors sampling must have a 5 gallon hand wash station
Liquor vendors must have their SIR along with the market license from Liquor Control Board
INSIDE Vendors can pay nightly with a 2 market NON REFUNDABLE deposit which will be applied to your final 2 markets
OUTSIDE vendors must pay in FULL within 14 days of being invoiced. Fees are NON REFUNDABLE
A week notice is required to cancel a market
2 cancelled markets without proper notice will come out of your deposit and may result in not being allowed back in the market
Load in is from 2pm to 4pm for Inside vendors and Outside 10X10 artisans and food
10X10 outside spaces must supply their own tent. It MUST be certified with the CPAI-84 label for Fire retardant
Trailers and carts MUST be on site by 3pm
ALL cars must be off site by 4:30pm
If you arrive between 4:30 and 5:00pm you will have to dolly in
FREE vendor parking is at Seaspan with a current parking pass on your dashboard
Vendors must NOT pack up before 10pm and must not get your vehicle before you are packed
Cars will not be allowed on site before 10:30pm
